LayDesc
An open source tool designed to automate layout using code. It is built on three tools. A library written in TypeScript, whose typing makes it easier to use. A dedicated editor featuring assistance, autocompletion and live layout rendering. Inspired by Bret Victor's research, its environment makes code interactive and allows every modification to be visualised instantly. This approach smooths the back-and-forth between writing code, execution and visualising a result.
